In April 2017, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports from Belarus, Italy, Rep. of Korea, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Turkiye, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. In September 2017, a provisional duty was imposed. In January 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on Belarus, Russia and the United Arab Emirates. In March 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on South Africa and Ukraine. In May 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on Italy, Rep. of Korea, Spain, Turkiye and the United Kingdom. In December 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2023.
