United States of America: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India (Initiation and subsequent termination of antidumping investigation on imports from China)

In February 2016, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India and China. Notably, on the same day, a countervailing investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In February 2016, the antidumping investigation was terminated in China. In August 2016, a provisional duty was imposed on India. In March 2017, a definitive duty was imposed on India. In February 2022, a sunset review was initiated on the subject goods from India and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2023.
