United States of America: Definitive antidumping duties on imports of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan and United Arab Emirates (Termination of duty for imports from Viet Nam and Philipines)

In November 2015, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and Viet Nam. In December 2015, the antidumping investigation was terminated in the Philippines. In June 2016, a provisional duty was imposed. In December 2015, the provisional duty was terminated from Viet Nam. In December 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2022.
