United States of America: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain cold-rolled steel flat products from China, India, Rep of Korea, and United Kingdom as well as from Japan following an anti-circumvention investigation (investigation was terminated without the impostion of duties on the Netherlands, and termination of antidumping duty from Brazil and Russia)

In August 2015, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, China, India, Japan, Rep. of Korea, Netherlands, Russia and the United Kingdom. In March 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. In September 2015, the antidumping investigation was terminated for imports from the Netherlands. In July 2016, a definitive duty was imposed on China and Japan. In September 2016, a definitive duty was imposed on Brazil, India, Rep. of Korea and the United Kingdom. In July 2016, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Japan following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In September 2016, the definitive duty was terminated from Russia. In June 2021, a sunset review was initiated on the import of goods from Brazil, China, India, Japan, Rep. of Korea and the United Kingdom and the definitive duty was extended for a new period for the subject goods from China, India, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the United Kingdom in August 2022. In August 2022, the definitive duty was terminated from Brazil.
