United States of America: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain uncoated paper from Australia, Brazil, China, Indonesia and Portugal

In February 2015, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain uncoated paper from Australia, Brazil, China, Indonesia and Portugal. In August 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. In March 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2019, an anticircumvention investigation was initiated against Australia, Brazil, China, and Indonesia, no duty was imposed on Australia, the investigation elsewhere is still ongoing. In February 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2022.
