United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of certain steel nails from Rep of Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Chinese Taipei and Viet Nam (Termination of duty for imports from India and Turkiye)

In June 2014, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain steel nails from India, Rep. of Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Chinese Taipei, Turkiye and Viet Nam. In July 2014, the definitive duty was terminated on imports from India and Turkiye. In December 2014, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Rep. of Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Chinese Taipei and Viet Nam. In July 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In June 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2021.
