United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of lightweight thermal paper from China (Termination of duty for imports from Germany)

In November 2008, the government of the United States imposed a definitive antidumping duty on imports of lightweight thermal paper from China and Germany. In October 2013, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2015 for China. In January 2015, the duty was terminated for Germany. In December 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2020. In June 2025, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2026.
