In August 2013, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of ferrosilicon from Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Russian Federation. In March 2014, a provisional duty was imposed. In July 2014, the provisional duty was terminated from Russian Federation. In August 2014, the provisional duty was terminated from Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
