United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from India, the Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Turkiye and Vietnam (termination of duty for imports from Philippines, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Chinese Taipei, Thailand)

In July 2013, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from India, the Republic of Korea, the Philippines, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Turkiye, Ukraine and Vietnam. In February 2014, a provisional duty was imposed. In July 2014, a price undertaking was concluded on imports from Ukraine. In August 2014, the provisional duty was terminated on imports from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In September 2014, the provisional duty was terminated on imports from the Philippines and Thailand. In September 2014, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from India, the Republic of Korea, Chinese Taipei, Turkiye and Vietnam. In July 2017, the definitive duty was terminated on imports from Chinese Taipei. In June 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2020 on imports from India, the Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Turkiye and Vietnam. In July 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from India, the Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Turkiye and Vietnam.
