In August 2012, a sunset review was initiated for imports from Argentina and Mexico and the definitive duty was extended for imports from Argentina for a new period in August 2013. In August 2013, the sunset review was terminated from Mexico. In October 2016, the definitive duty was temporarily suspended from Argentina. In September 2021, a sunset review was initiated. In September 2022 the suspension agreement was extended for a new period.
