United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of xanthan gum from China (Termination of duty from Austria)

In July 2012, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of xanthan gum from Austria and China. In January 2013, a provisional duty was imposed. In June 2013, the provisional duty was terminated from Austria. In July 2013, a definitive duty was imposed on China. In June 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2018 on China. In October 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2024.
