United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of large residential washers from Mexico (Termination of duty for imports from Rep of Korea)

In January 2012, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of imports of large residential washers from Rep. of Korea and Mexico. In August 2012, a provisional duty was imposed. In February 2013, a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2019 for imports from Mexico. In April 2019, the definitive duty was terminated for imports from Korea. In April 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2024.
