United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of silicomanganese from China and Ukraine (Termination of duty for imports from China and Brazil)

In August 2011, the government of the United States initiated a sunset review on imports of silicomanganese from Brazil, China and Ukraine. In November 2012, the definitive duty on imports from Brazil was terminated. In November 2012, the definitive duty on imports from Ukraine and China was extended for a new period. In October 2017, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty on imports from Ukraine was extended for a new period in December 2018. In December 2018, the definitive duty on imports from China was terminated.
