In June 2010, a sunset review was initiated on imports of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Chinese Taipei, Germany, Italy, Japan, Rep. of Korea and Mexico. In August 2011, the definitive duty was terminated from Germany, Italy, Mexico. The definitive duty was extended for imports from Chinese Taipei, Japan and Rep. of Korea for a new period in August 2011. In July 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2017. In September 2022 a sunset review was initiated.
