United States of America: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of stainless steel wire rod from Japan, Republic of Korea and Chinese Taipei (Termination of duty for imports from Italy and Spain)

In July 2009, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2010. In May 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2016 on imports of the subject good from Japan and the Republic of Korea. In August 2016, the definitive duty was terminated on the subject goods from Italy and Spain. In February 2022, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Vietnam was initiated with the suspicion of circumventing measures on imports from the Republic of Korea. The definitive duty on the import of goods from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and China was extended for a new period in February 2022. In May 2023, the investigation anti-circumvention investigation concerning Vietnam was terminated.
