United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of uncovered innerspring units from China as well as from Macau and Malaysia following anti-circumvention investigations

In February 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2013, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2014. In January 2014, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Malaysia following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In November 2015, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Malaysia following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In December 2018, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Macau following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In March 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2019. In September 2024, a sunset review concerning imports from China was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2025.
