United States of America: Definitive countervailing duties on imports of utility scale wind towers from India and Malaysia

In November 2020, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of utility-scale wind towers from India and Malaysia. In March 2021, a provisional duty was imposed. In August 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on the subject goods from Malaysia. In December 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on the subject goods from India.
