United States of America: Extension of definitive countervailing duties on imports of utility scale wind towers from Canada and Vietnam, as well as definitive countervailing duty on imports Indonesia

In July 2019, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of utility scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia and Vietnam. In December 2019, a provisional duty was imposed. In August 2020, a definitive duty was imposed. In July 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Canada and Vietnam and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2026.
