United States of America: Extension of definitive countervailing duties on imports of vertical metal file cabinets from China

In May 2019, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of vertical metal file cabinets from China. The investigation is still in progress. In August 2019, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In December 2019, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2025 (notice published in June 2025).
