United States of America: Termination of provisional countervailing on imports of 100- to 150-seat large civil aircraft from Canada

In May 2017, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of 100- to 150-seat large civil aircraft from Canada. The investigation is still in progress. In October 2017, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In February 2018, the provisional duty was terminated.
