In February 2016, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India and Sri Lanka. In June 2016, a provisional duty was imposed. In March 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2022, a sunset review was initiated on the subject goods from India.
