United States of America: Definitive countervailing duties on imports of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkiye

In August 2015, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkiye. In December 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. In September 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in April 2022.
