United States of America: Extension of countervailing duty on imports of circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from China, as well as initiation of anti-circumvention investigations on imports from Vietnam and Oman

In June 2013, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2013. In November 2018, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2019. In August 2022, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Vietnam was initiated. In May 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2024. In November 2024, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Oman was initiated. In July 2025, the definitive duty on imports from China was provisionally extended to imports from Oman.
