In December 2008, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2009. In November 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2015. In March 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2020. In October 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
