United States of America: Definitive anti-subsidy duties on imports of common alloy aluminium sheet from Bahrain, India and Turkiye (termination of provisional duty on imports from Brazil)

In April 2020, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of common alloy aluminium sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, India and Turkiye. The investigation is still in progress. In August 2020, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In March 2021, the provisional duty was terminated on imports from Brazil. In April 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from Bahrain, India and Turkiye. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
