United States of America: Termination of provisional countervailing on imports of certain fabricated structural steel from China and Mexico

In March 2019, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of certain fabricated structural steel from Canada, China and Mexico. The investigation is still in progress. In July 2019, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In January 2020,, the provisional duty was terminated from Canada. In March 2020, the provisional duty was terminated from China and Mexico.
