United States of America: Extension of definitive countervailing duties on imports of large diameter welded pipe from Rep. of Korea, Turkiye, China and India

In February 2018, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of large diameter welded pipe from China, India, Rep. of Korea and Turkiye. The investigation is still in progress. In June 2018, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In March 2019, a definitive duty was imposed on China and India. In May 2019, a definitive duty was imposed on Rep. of Korea and Turkiye. In February 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2025.
