In February 2009, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of ni-resist piston inserts from Argentina and Rep. of Korea. The investigation is still in progress. In July 2009, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In September 2009, the definitive duty was terminated from Rep. of Korea. In November 2009, the definitive duty was terminated from Argentina.
