In June 2009, the European Commission initiated an antidumping investigation. In October 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2017. In January 2022, a new sunset review was initiated. In January 2023, a definitive duty was imposed.
