In April 2019, the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) provided a credit facility of USD 35 million to Truong Thanh Quang Ngai Power and High Technology Joint-Stock Company (TTQN) to fund the construction of a solar power plant in Binh Nguyen province of Vietnam.
