India: Budget for fertilizer subsidy increased for the year 2022-2023

On 21 May 2022, the Indian Minister of Finance announced that an additional INR 1'100'000 crore subsidy will be provided on fertilizers for the year 2022-2023. The additional budget was approved on 24 December 2022.
