Canada: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of carbon steel fasteners from China and Chinese Taipei, as well as extension of definitive anti-subsidy duty on imports from China

In January 2010, the definitive antidumping duty on imports of carbon steel fasteners from China and Chinese Taipei and the anti-subsidy duty on imports from China was extended. In April 2014, a new sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2015. In October 2019, a new sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2020. In May 2025, a new sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2026.
