Canada: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of certain steel sheets and strips from Brazil, China and Ukraine and countervailing duty on imports of certain steel strips and sheets from India

In December 2010, the Canadian authorities initiated an antidumping and anti-subsidy sunset review on imports of flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip from Brazil, China, India and Ukraine. The definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2011. In December 2015, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2016. In July 2021, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2022.
