In September 2021, the government of Argentina initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of copper hydroxide-based fungicides from Brazil and Peru. In March 2023, a definitive duty was imposed on imports originating from Brazil. In June 2023, the definitive duty was temporarily suspended.
