Viet Nam: Initiation of antidumping investigation on imports of desks and chairs from China and Malaysia (provisional duty applied to imports originating in China)

In September 2021, the Vietnamese authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of desks and chairs from China and Malaysia. In October 2022, a provisional duty was imposed. In February 2023, a definitive duty was imposed on imports originating from China. In February 2023, the investigation concerning imports originating from Malaysia was terminated.
