SACU: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of pneumatic tyres of rubber on motor cars and buses from China

In January 2022, SACU initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of pneumatic tyres rubber on motor cars and buses from China. In September 2022, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In July 2023, a definitive duty was imposed. In September 2024, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam was initiated. In May 2025, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. In March 2026, the investigation on imports from Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam was terminated.
