GCC: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of super absorbent polymer from Belgium, China, France, the Republic of Korea and Singapore (termination of investigation concerning imports from Japan)

In November 2021, the Secretariat General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of super absorbent polymer from Belgium, China, France, Japan, the Republic of Korea and Singapore. In January 2023, the investigation concerning imports from Japan was terminated. In January 2023, a definitive duty concerning imports from Belgium, China, France, the Republic of Korea and Singapore was imposed.
