In March 2009, the government of Peru initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duty for a new period in March 2010. In December 2014, the government of Peru initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duty for a new period in April 2016. In October 2019, the government of Peru initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duty for a new period in November 2020.
