On 5 June 2009, Colombia’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism adopted Decree no. 2112 imposing an import tariff and a tariff quota on whey. The measure took effect with its publication in the Official Gazette of 5 June 2009 (edition no. 47.371).
