In December 2008, the European Commission initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duties in May 2013. In May 2018, a new sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2019. In July 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2025.
