Australia: Extension of definitive countervailing duty on imports of silicon metal from China

In February 2014, the government of Australia initiated a new anti-subsidy investigation and a provisional duty was imposed in February 2015. In June 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2020, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review. In April 2025, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review.
