In December 2008, the government of Brazil initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duty for a new period in December 2009. In December 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2015. In September 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2021.

Recent update from 08 May 2026:
On 8 May 2026, the Brazilian authorities published a notice amending the definitive antidumping duty. The new antidumping duty is set at USD 4.07 per kg.
