Brazil: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of graphite electrodes from China

In April 2009, the government of Brazil imposed a definitive duty. In January 2015, the definitive duty was extended following the conclusion of a sunset review. In September 2018, the definitive duty was temporarily suspended. In September 2019, the definitive duty was permanently terminated.
