Canada: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of carbon steel welded pipe from Chinese Taipei, India, Oman, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates, and countervailing duty on imports from India

In May 2012, Canada initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of carbon steel welded pipe from Chinese Taipei, India, Oman, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates, and a countervailing duty investigation on imports from India. In December 2012, a definitive duty was imposed. In December 2017, a sunset review was initiated on imports from Chinese Taipei, India, Oman, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. In May 2018, the definitive duty was extended. In August 2023, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2024.
