Brazil: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of truck tires from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Russia and Thailand (termination of duties on imports from South Africa and Chinese Taipei)

In July 2013, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in November 2014. In November 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in March 2021. In March 2021, the definitive duty on imports from South Africa and Chinese Taipei was terminated. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
