Brazil: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of plastic blood collection tubes from China, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States following the COVID-19 outbreak

In April 2013, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in April 2015. In March 2020, the definitive duty was suspended due to public interest. In April 2020, a sunset review was initiated. In January 2021, the duty was temporarily suspended for a second time. In April 2022, the definitive duty was extended for a new period. In April 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
