India: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of plain medium density fibreboard from China, Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka (Termination without duty concerning New Zealand)

In February 2009, the government of India imposed a provisional duty on imports of plain medium density fibreboard from New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. In October 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2014, a sunset review was initiated and in October 2015 the definitive duty was extended for a new period on imports from China, Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. In February 2020, a sunset review was again initiated.
