Brazil: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polypropylene resin from the United States of America (initial termination of investigation concerning India)

In January 2009, the government of Brazil initiated an antidumping investigation. In December 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In December 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2016. In October 2021 a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2022, and immediately suspended. In February 2024, the Brazilian authorities resumed the definitive duty.
