Canada: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain carbon steel plate and high strength low alloy plate from Ukraine

In July 2009, the Canadian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy plate from Ukraine. In October 2009, a provisional duty was imposed. In February 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2014, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2015. In January 2020, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2020. In August 2025, a sunset review was initiated. In September 2025, the definitive duty was terminated.
