China: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyamide-6,6 chips from the United States (termination of duty on imports from Chinese Taipei, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom)

In November 2008, the government of China initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and imposed a definitive duty in October 2020. In October 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended on import from France, Italy, Chinese Taipei and the United States whilst the duty was terminated on imports from the United Kingdom. In October 2020, a sunset review was initiated on imports from the United States whilst the definitive duty was terminated on imports from Italy,. France and Chinese Taipei. The definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2021.
